I created The Muse's Lab to satisfy the need for a spiritually, pleasure-driven space for Black feminine-spectrum persons. The goal: explore the idea of pleasure as an ideology, a framework to build a foundation of self-actualization. While this hasn’t completely changed, I recognize this framework must have an equitable spiritual foundation through which pleasure can live. It’s important to note there’s no separation between the two, in fact, the integration of spirit, sensuality, and sexuality (what I call the “heauxly trinity”) must coexist together, in order for us to view our divinity in its entirety.

To support this journey, I’ve evolved this space into an expansive creative practice and playscape that includes digital content, intuitive consults and coaching, along with products that deepen this exploration, leaning closer to the path of embodiment and integration.
